Install Kit Type: Master (Complete)

This install kit is used to fit Ford 10.25" gears into the '85-'07 Ford 10.25" and 10.5" axle housings.

To install Ford 10.5" gears into the '99-'07 Ford 10.5" axle, use Yukon YK F10.5-A.

Ford 10.5" gears will not fit into the Ford 10.25" axle housing.


Yukon differential master overhaul kits for the Ford Sterling 10.25" axle contain everything you need to rebuild your differential housing, install new ring and pinion gears, or install a differential locker into your axle. Each kit includes all of the necessary bearings, seals, shims, ring gear bolts, pinion nuts, crush sleeves, oil baffles and/or slingers, thread locking compound, gear marking compound, differential cover seals and any other parts your particular axle requires for an easy and accurate installation.

I want to sincerely thank everyone for the assistance in getting my axle parts.  Ben was outstanding in talking through things.  I will be reaching out again as my build progresses and I get ready for more "stuff". I already told my buddies about the experience.  Getting actual verbal phone service is rare these days.  It is good to find actual old school customer service still exists, with folks who can actually speak both intelligence to the target parts and actually present things with pro and con options instead of "you need these" brands. I will be back. Thank you!
