Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  As soon as your order ships and we receive the tracking information, we will email it to you and post it to your account. To find the tracking information under your account, click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. Whenever items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, a tracking number may not be available or notification may be delayed.
How do I change quantities or remove an item?
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / Cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped as some items may have shipped separately. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", contact us immediately.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  While we make sure to double check each and every order before it ships, mistakes can happen. Before contacting us about a missing item, thoroughly check the packing materials and small parts are often sealed between layers of packing foam or placed inside another items packaging. Also, please check to make sure that all of your items have shipped as some items may have been shipped separately. Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", contact us immediately.
My product is missing parts.
  If, after having receiving your order, you notice that a piece is missing, contact us immediately. You should also check to make sure that all of your items have shipped as some items may have shipped separately. Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact us immediately.
When will my backorder arrive?
  If an item that you have ordered is not immediately available for shipping, you will be contacted via phone or email to give you the choice to either remove the item from your order or wait for it to become available (backorder). In either case, you will be notified when the item is back in-stock. Please also make sure to review our Order Terms and Conditions as many custom orders have variable lead times and are non-cancelable once placed.
